On behalf of Organising Committee of the 6th International SIUT Symposium of Urology, Nephrology and Transplantation, it is my extreme pleasure to invite you to join us in Karachi in October 2008. It is to be held from 23 - 26 October 2008. It is indeed a great honour for us to welcome you to this great metropolis of South Asia.

The SIUT meeting will be a stimulating exchange between professionals, both from Asia and worldwide, in the field of urology, nephrology and transplantation. The congress will provide you a perfect opportunity for addressing current issue and advising management strategies,particularly in Asia and enable you to share new breakthroughs and ideas.
